Tips and Tricks for Yoga Exercise
Yoga exercises proved to be very powerful as an amazing therapy. Many diseases can be cured. Various complaints of illness can correct yourself with a yoga routine. Without having to incur huge costs. Because once again, nature and good habits will be very beneficial to your health care.

Here are tips and tricks for those of you who want to do yoga
  • The best time in the practice of yoga is when the crack of dawn or late at night.
  • Keep an empty stomach while doing yoga exercises. So, you should not eat or drink 3-4 hours before exercise.
  • Ideally yoga done in a clean place with good air circulation.
  • Prepare a place free of all noisy atmosphere and disruption, so you focus on doing yoga exercises.
  • Use clothing as comfortable as possible, so that you become relaxed, allowing helps the skin breathe, and doesn't interfere with the movement of yoga.
  • You should not use footwear or using the sock, which means you are barefoot.
  • Drinking enough water, at least 1-2 glasses a day for exercise.
  • And lastly, make yoga into a good and healthy habits.
