Healthy and slender body can be obtained from exercise and regular diet. But, that does not mean once you get it all forgot will continue to make healthy living habits. You must keep the body healthy and slim you with a healthy lifestyle. Here's a trick to keep your health and slimness :

Breakfast
, don't forget to eat breakfast in the morning, and don't assume that breakfast makes you fat. With breakfast, served to build and accelerate your metabolism throughout the day. But be sure to choose healthy foods with fiber such as fruits and vegetables.

Reduce foods that produce gas, because it would trigger flatulence. It so should subtract foods such as broccoli, cauliflower, garlic, bean sprouts, dried fruit / raisins and pears.

Consumption of spicy foods, a study proves that eating spicy foods can burn calories. But don't overdo it because it could cause new problems in your digestive tract.

Avoid diet carbonated
, soda-rich carbohydrates and sugar that can trigger weight gain.

Avoid fast food or junk food
, because these foods rich in salt and preservatives that can damage your efforts to maintain weight.

Small portions of food consumption throughout the day, eat a few pieces of apple mixed with low-fat cheese in the morning and eat some celery sticks with peanut butter in the afternoon.

Avoid processing foods of white flour
. Such as bread, cakes and pasta. Because the sugar content and high in carbs. If you want to eat bread or pasta base material should be made from wheat/whole grain.
