We don't deny the stress can occur anywhere, including when we are working. There are just things that can make us stress in the workplace, piling work, deadline, problems with co-workers or even the boss.

When stress comes when we're working, it is guaranteed, our work will not be finished on time, for it was how our tips to avoid stress at work. Here are the tips:
  1. Manage time more effectively, work on more important jobs first, and then finish the job small. And try to make the work agenda, so your job being organized.
  2. Always apply a healthy lifestyle, with a healthy body it will be easy to control stress.
  3. Work according to the ability, don't push yourself, because it will increase your burden and indirectly make you become stressed.
  4. Avoid unnecessary conflict, no need to impose your opinion, find solutions for the common good.
  5. Rest for a moment your mind and body, don't push if the condition of your body and mind is impossible, rest and relaxation your body's at the moment, and feel a new energy back.
  6. Change your perspective about the job you face, Invite your friends to discuss the problem from her perspective, so you will get a new solution that can reduce your stress.
  7. Join with your friends your office, for a chat or a snack in the cafeteria for a while to eliminate fatigue. That way you will feel relaxed and laughing with your friends and this resulted in increased immune system often decreased during stress.
