Tips to Prevent Anemia

Anemia is a condition that describes the degree or amount of hemoglobin in the blood eritrosit less than the value of the standard (normal). Hemoglobin is a kind of pigment found in red blood cells where they carry oxygen from the lungs to the tissue-tissue. Lack of the iron component that is important is because hemoglobin is a normal occurrence of anemia.
Signs of anemia affected people :
Pale in the face around the eyes, lips and around the mouth.
Not powerless, weak, tired, sluggish, wearying, exhausted, and weak body.
Short breath when you exercise / go in for sport.
Dizziness, is caused the lack of oxygen to the brain.
Poor appetite and loss of food weight, difficult to walk.

How we can prevent anemia, here is the solution :
  • Try your food more varied. Include also a lot of foods that contain iron. From fruits such as apples, bananas, plum and apricot. Iron in the vegetables can you get from the asparagus, squash, sweet potato, broccoli, vine plants, red beans, and in grains.
  • Also eat, foods that contain vitamin C, this will help absorption of iron in the body.
  • Avoid foods that contain too much sugar / reduce your sugar. Also, avoid acid foods, because all this can prevent absorption of iron in the body.
  • Reduce consumption of coffee and black tea. This drink contain spoliphenol and tannin. It can interfere with the absorption of iron.
  • Vitamins are important to remember. You can add other supplements to your diet to prevent anemia, as well as eat healthy foods.
  • Include a side dish of red meat, poultry, or fish in your menu.
So, to avoid anemia is keeping the pattern of life with healthy food and a balanced course of regular exercise.
