Tips to Prevent and Treat Acne

What is acne? Acne is a skin disease such as a skin condition that is not balanced hormones, formed as a result of thickening of the skin surface and cover the pores - pore face of great spots unsightly.

When is the formation of acne? Oil glands continue to produce sebum that causes follicles to swell, causing white stains. After the white spots exposed to air will turn into a black stain. Black stains from the normal skin pigment, and because the normal skin bacteria begin to multiply rapidly in clogged hair tolikel. Stone acne is big zit and painful that could result in a permanent scar.

General characteristics of acne are:
* The skin produces excess oil (the face looks shiny).
* Pores widen and surface looks at rough facial skin.
* Tend skin stained black

How to prevent and treat acne, here are the tips :
  1. Always keep the face clean, diligently wash face with soap that matches your skin PH.
  2. Diligent exercise or physical activity's produce quite a lot of sweat
  3. Diligent drinking mineral water. It does look simple, but this therapy really works not only to have acne problems and even to diseases other major diseases though. With a good system of "water" in your body, then your blood or other organs of your body will be more "clean" and healthy so it will support your healing process of acne or other diseases.
  4. Avoid excessive stress can be a trigger for increasing the number of your acne.
  5. Don't press your pimples, especially if your hands are not clean because it will only further aggravate your acne may even lead to other injuries or infections.
  6. If injuries occur, you can put on medication to prevent infection of wounds sustained.
  7. Avoid fatty foods and consume lots of vitamin C and zinc-containing foods.
