Tips to Overcome Grief and Keep the Spirit

We've all felt the loss, but when we lose something very significant in our lives. When we lose the bond with a person or pet, a very significant job, or a very important goal, then we experience feelings of despair, disbelief, and loneliness. If you lose someone special, the pain can be enormous, as if you fall into deep ravines and abandoned. You may feel a deep sadness, how you can survive, how you can go back and keep the spirit of living life ??!

Here are tips you can do :
  • Provide space and time. Your soul needs time to recovery.
  • Find a best friend to put your feelings and tell him or her what you feel.
  • Cry as much, and let your tears flow.
  • Hang out with friends or alone. Spend the time to drink tea or coffee in the cafe, around in a bookstore, or a walk at the mall / at the park.
  • Don't feel you are alone with the burden of this grief, find a friend or someone else who experienced the same thing with you and sharing with them.
  • Stop negative thoughts. Be careful to be among the negative. If possible, stay away from things that make you sad.
  • Don't ignore your body. Once in a while, go to the gym, where you will be surrounded by many people. Improve exercise self-esteem and make positive hormones in your body. Pleasure that comes when endorphins to be released during exercise can provide amazing results.
Life seemed to be not real after losing something very meaningful. Learning how to deal with, engage in it, and went back to the real world when we feel very lonely and sad is a struggle that occurs with different levels of each person. Act of the best and be a wise man. Improve lives and entrust it all to God that this as one scenario of life.
