Healthy food is very important for our bodies. But, how to provide healthy food for our families. Here are tips and tricks:

  • Using fresh produce
    Fresh ingredients and quality is a key element in the healthy food. Then, select fresh products like fruits, vegetables, seafood, poultry, meat and other products. Processed food products containing additives which are usually either consumed less in the long term. If possible choose organic fresh produce because it will give positive effects to our health. Excessive use of pesticides in vegetables and fresh fruit products could have a negative impact for our bodies.
  • The way to cook a healthy
    If you want to experience optimal benefit from the fresh ingredients that have been selected, use healthy cooking methods like steaming, boiling, baking or sautéing. Fried foods should be avoided or can be served at occasionally.
  • Meet the nutrient content of healthy and complete
    Combine the food to be served to meet the elements of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, minerals, vitamins and others. Try wherever possible to keep the natural taste of fresh ingredients.
  • Immediately eating food after it is cooked and served
    Should serve food as fresh as possible. In this way not only the texture and taste are maintained but also the quality of nutrients.
  • Use cookware and eating utensils a safe and healthy
    Select cookware and eating utensils that have been labeled "food grade", so it can be safely used for the entire family.
