  • Drinking water or mineral water at least 6-8 glasses each day, this could deplete the existing toxins in the body through urine and sweat. In addition also drink herbal tea, especially green tea two cups a day, which is believed efficacious for delaying the aging process.
  • Consumption of healthy foods, such as eating lots of fruits, vegetables, grains and types of beans.
  • Try to avoid caffeine, alcohol, salt, sugar and processed foods. Because it is bad for health.
  • Perform regular body brush and massage the skin on problem areas with cellulite.
  • For those of you who like vegetables carrot, there's good news for you. That turns out carrots as a natural detoxification, can slow the aging process. Because of the strong antioxidant beta carotene, this is converted into vitamin A in the body. It is a fact that carrots are the best sources of beta carotene compared to other fruits and vegetables. Beta-carotene is an antioxidant function to help fight free radicals that accelerate the aging process, so they will make your skin glow again.
