~` Cut food into small pieces before you eat it. This facilitates the teeth to chew.

~` During wearing braces, avoid foods that are too hard, sticky and chewy. For example, hard candy, roasted corn, chewing gum, ice cream, popcorn, and pretzels.

~` To wound around the teeth and mouth shortly after use of braces, you can take painkillers which be sold freely.

~` See your dentist immediately if you experience any problems with braces, including loss of rubber hook or if the braces causes sores in the mouth.
