High body is yearning of all people. High ideal is directly proportional to body weight. So, must be balanced with the weight. Body growth rate is different for each person depending on several factors below:
- Adequacy of nutrition
- Heredity factor
- Bad factors habits
- Expand sports in the morning. Jogging, skipping, especially basketball and swimming.
- Well-rested sleep 7-8 hours a day and get used up in the morning
- Consume enough nutritious food, especially calcium
- Eat regularly and avoid stress
