Addiction to food is not as scary addiction to alcohol or drugs. However, it can interfere with the program yourself, when was causing problems, such as obesity or cannot stop eating because of excessive appetite.

Here are some suggestions you can follow:
  • Get used to eat in small portions. "Naturally, our bodies can give us the signal to stop eating when the full stomach. But, often ignore our own, can be caused by the mouth to chew on or eat food that is delicious and tempting. Thus, to overcome this you can use a place mat or a smaller plate.
