Tips Overcome Symptoms of Influenza Disease

Seasonal changes that are not stabilized, it causes the decrease of body resistance. So vulnerable to various diseases, including influenza.

Symptoms are often (may) arise, namely:

  • Fever
  • Dizziness
  • Fatigue (can be even worse)
  • Dry coughing
  • Itchy nose and throat
  • Nasal congestion
  • Sneezing
  • Body pain
Flu can be very off the people, especially for the weak, chronic pain.

Influenza caused by a virus, but the type of virus causes different. Type of influenza virus causes symptoms in number more than 200 kinds. That is difficult for our body to build immunity. Because each time a virus attack can vary.

Influenza occurs, the result of our decreased immune. When the body's immune reduced , then the body will quickly attacked disease, either because of cold weather, eating the wrong pattern, or even stress can be triggered disease.

Avoiding factors cause is one way of avoid influenza :
If the condition of the body are less fit, avoid too much contact with people with influenza;
After contact with patients or with the objects and surfaces where the virus had already contamined, flee to wash hands. Hand washing can remove the causes of influenza virus from hands and fingers. Movement wash had the release of virus from the hands and fingers. Ordinary soap and detergent that we use can't kill the virus but can help to remove it from the hands and our fingers;
Keep your fingers out of eyes, mouth or nose, if you feel you do not have a clean hands or clean your hands with antiseptic before touching eyes, mouth or nose;
Try to avoid if there are people who cough or sneeze to your direction;
Clean the surface of objects around you with a disinfectant;
Drink lots of liquids, especially mineral water, fresh fruit juice, tea or herbal heat;
Consume vegetable soup with garlic flavor will be very helping. Because garlic contains many chemicals that work at anti mikroba, anti virus and anti protozoa;
Vitamin C of particular Doses , can't even treat, at least, can reduce the disease or illness curtail the occurrence of symptoms over time.
So if you want to prevent the occurrence of influenza, then the action most prudent first is to increase body immunity. To do that is by improving the pattern of eating, exercise regularly, overcome the stress and sleeping enough.
