We all have a lack of self motivation at times. We can learn a hundred ways to improve our lives, but then hesitate to act. Something less important catches our attention, or we just don't feel like doing what we need to do. Even a person who is normally highly motivated can sometimes have a hard time getting started on an important task.
There are many qualities or characteristics that will determine success, one of which is motivation, especially self-motivation. Many obstacles and challenges
So, how do you continue to self motivate and propel yourself toward success in life?
@. Have a clear goal in life, Your goal must be specific and has a timeline, You can have many goals in life but focus on only 1 or 2 goals at a time.
@. Let go of your EGO, Ego is essentially your pride in an over inflated form, DO NOT get motivated to do something based on your ego. Instead, do it based on your insight or a clear realization of what is right or not right.
@. Make it fun, Whatever you've set out to accomplish, make it fun and try to enjoy the journey. That way, you can focus on doing something with your best effort and enjoy it at the same time. This not only can help you to stay enthusiastic and motivated, but also keep the stress level down.
@. Read a self help book. Don't underestimate the power of a book. It can help increase your self motivation enormously.
@. Reward yourself, give yourself something can be considered a gift from your hard work. For example : watching the movie, or eating your favorite food or the other things. This not only can motivate or give you a sence of achievement, but also recharge your biological battery.
Motivation techniques really do work, but don't ask me how to get motivated to use them. In any case, you were motivated enough to read this far, so you'll be fine. Oh, and humor is number seven. A good laugh can overcome that feeling of being overwhelmed that sucks away self motivation.
