Toxoplasma virus is a virus that caused or spread by animals that are around us, such as chickens, cats, birds, rats, pigeons, goats, cows, dogs, and others. In addition toxoplasma virus can also be caused by intermediaries (indirect) such as eating raw vegetables, undercooked meat or because food contaminated by feces your pet and other causes.

If a pregnant woman infected with Toxoplasma, the consequences which can occur is spontaneous abortion or miscarriage (4%), stillbirth (3%) or infants suffering from congenital Toxoplasmosis. on congenital Toxoplasmosis, symptoms can appear as an adult, such as eye and ear abnormalities, mental retardation, convulsions and encephalitis.

Well, how do we avoid the virus toxoplasma, and what are the efforts that we can do? Here are tips and tricks that you can follow.
