Monday, May 3, 2010

For those of you who live in countries with four seasons, may not have been weirder with weather changes, and can adjust to the clothes that would be used in every season. But for those of you who want to visit countries with different seasons, and at the same time that happened was the season winter. Mmmm .. so what should you do to avoid the cold temperatures are usually below 0 degrees or more. The following tips can you follow.....

Usually, because of cold weather below minus a few degrees, people often use multiple layers of clothes, and there are three main layers of clothes, among others:
The first layer
Use clothes made from synthetic materials such as Lycra, nylon, polyamide, acrylic or wool. This material will evaporate sweat, stay dry and able to withstand heat. For temperatures below minus 10, angora wool is very helpful.
For subordinates clothes, wear tights (if you guys 'longjohn') made from synthetic materials (basically the same as the above material).
Thing you have noticed is, never wear clothing made from cotton, because cotton will absorb sweat and humidity so that the clothes become wet or damp and this can cause leakage of body heat and ends on the cold (can be severe to hypothermia).
The second thing you notice is that when buying clothes that either a sweater or another, avoid the existing cotton, even though only a few percent.

The second coat or insulating layer
Constitute a layer of clothing such as a jacket or vest, which can be overhauled. If you are sweating, it can be off temporarily. Usually the material is made of fleece or wool, or other synthetic materials.

The third layer or outer layer
This third layer form the winter jacket, which even some of the jacket can stand up to temperature below minus 10 degrees. Use a loose-fitting jackets to stay warm body temperature. Usually the material for winter coats are waterproof and (preferably) windproof.
In addition to clothing that we use must be super-thick, other things we need to use to keep the warmth of the body is, among other things :
Shoes
Select shoes that inner and outer layers as required. Notice also the outer-sole, so as not to fall slip when Icy, and not get wet if the snow began to melt. And you should use a slightly loose shoe on the front, so we can move the toes to move to avoid the 'frostbite'. And don't forget to use double socks and thick as an insulator.

Mittens
In addition to the body and legs, hands should also be protected from cold temperatures. Use mittens, so that the temperature of the body that issued our hand stuck into one and will create a warm our hands.

Scarf
Use thick scarf to protect the neck, or if you do not use the scarf you can choose the dress type of turtle-neck sweater, that sweater high collar covering the neck.

Ear band
For those of you who have sensitive ears, let alone against the cold temperatures. We recommend using ear band to protect your ears.
