Sleep is a basic human need that can not be contested implementation. Normal biologically, humans can survive without food for 2 weeks but will have serious health problems if not sleeping in a 3X24 hour.

Healthy sleep is the desire of each person. With a healthy sleep it will provide long-term impact on the physical and psychological well-being of mankind. To have a healthy sleep patterns. Here are the tips:
  • Sleep and wake up at the right time / the same. Try to keep the regularity of sleep and wake up early both weekdays and holidays.
  • Don't be late exercise. Spend a few minutes to loosen the muscles rigid. Should be done in the morning or late afternoon early evening. This is a little more help to improve the quality of your sleep.

  • Calm your mind and mentally. Not too much to think about when bedtime. Prepare yourself to sleep and happy nice dream.
