Cancer has to do with the food we eat. According to research conducted by the National Academy of Sciences of the United States. Meanwhile, according to the U.S. National Cancer Institute, about a third of all cancer deaths might be associated with diet. What we eat can hurt us, but also can help. Many everyday foods that contain cancer-preventing compounds, ranging from antioxidants to neutralize the damage caused by free radicals to the powerful phytochemicals that are now being explored experts. Here, foods that can help prevent cancer, some of them can even help inhibit the growth of cancer cells or reduce tumor size.

Vegetables :
Vegetables are recommended for the consumption are vegetables dark green, deep yellow, and also vegetables such as cabbage and the like. Here are some examples include: cabbage, cauliflower, cruciferous, corn, squash machete, sweet potatoes, green chili big, big red chilli, paprika, carrots, mushrooms, tomatoes.
Side dishes :
Crab, lobster, salmon, mackerel and liver.

Fruits : Fruits recommended include avocado, mango, orange, lemon, papaya, watermelon ,strawberries, grapes, raspberry.

Spices : Turmeric, galangal, ginger, garlic, red onion, onion, scallion, black cumin.

Others :
Plant rosemary can be used as a spice and can be brewed like tea. Seaweed and other sea vegetables. Green tea and black tea. Soybean products. Nuts. Ginseng. Fat intake into the body should be reduced but skim milk and Cheddar cheese and Ricotta, including recommended. Corn meal. Bulgur. Brown rice. Havermout.
