Tips to Overcome Difficult Sleep Disorders (Insomnia)

Although the disease is considered normal, but insomnia in some people is very disturbing. This is because the factor of bad habits, stress, or other reasons. But this problem can be overcome by the following ways:

Before you sleep, do relax likes yoga with the muscles loosen and use breathing techniques. Calm your mind, forget for a moment that there is a problem in your head. Think about the things pleasant and refreshing, such as waterfalls, mountains or natural things that can bring you peace.

Try not to sleep on less than 5-6 hours a day, from lack of sleep can cause you to feel dizzy when you wake up.

Massage your body with moisturizing lotions or aromatherapy oils gently on the legs, arms and neck. You can do it before or after a bath with warm water.

If necessary, change the atmosphere of your room with a better design to make you comfortable. Soft color combinations like white and cream will bring a calming effect.
