Laughter is one of the best ways to improve the physical and mental condition. With a laugh helps improve better blood circulation, digestive stimulant, lowers high blood pressure, and boost immunity.

Research results showed that 1-minute laughs, a result similar to the 40-minute relaxation and 100 minutes of laughter every day the equivalent of jogging 10 minutes.
