Actual ulcer disease occurs because of interference or peritonitis stomach wall mucus production due to excessive stomach acid. Ulcer pain is also known as gastritis. Ulcer pain can progress in a short time, sudden relapse or chronic (prolonged).Factors are most often the causes of the emergence of a sore stomach or ulcer pain :
  • Coffee, tea or other beverages containing caffeine
  • Chocolate
  • Oily and fatty food
  • Tomato and Tomato-based products
  • Alcohol
  • Cigarettes
  • Large eat in the number of
  • Acid and fruit juice
  • Eat between 2-3 Hours Before Sleep
  • Outfit Too Strict

  5. Complete the problem quickly to avoid stress. Psychological factors have a large role in increasing the production of stomach acid. Alert if you often feel anxious, or emotional stress. Possible, increase stomach acid production fell ill and sick ulcer;
  6. If ways Searched does not work, then you may eat drugs, choice for ulcer pain is antasida. Working with antasida neutralize the excess stomach acid, thus protecting stomach mucous membrane damage;
  7. If it sustained, immediately consult a doctor.
