Many people around the world would like to build muscles and have a great body. The things you need to do is :

You must know what type of exercises need to be done, how they're to be done, what diet is needed, how it will help and so many other things, so you must have a good plan.

Take shorter breaks in between sets. You should visit the gym for only around an hour on each day. Taking shorter breaks between sets will ensure that your muscles remain at their maximum efficiency instead of fluctuating between active and inactive modes. Exercising for more than an hour too will only cause muscle burnout quickly.

Eat right, this is really important in order to gain muscle mass, Make sure your diet consists of lots of protein food, like, nuts, chicken, egg, fish, beans, meat, and so on. And then make sure you're eating times a day in small quantities, around 5-6 times a day, this helps burn fat by increasing the metabolism rate and therefore increases the speed at which muscles grow. Carbohydrates also can help build huge muscles will help fuel those muscles and provide you with more than enough energy to exercise without falling short of breath.

Cardio workout- Weight training is essential to build muscle, but cardio exercise is also important, it helps speed up your muscle growth and enables your cardiovascular system function more efficiently. Do cardio exercise after weight training for around 10-20 minutes.

Make sure you rest, it is advised that you workout 3-4 days a week, with a day's gap and sleep well get at least eight hours of sleep, because its during the sleep that a chemical is released in the body that allows the muscles to grow.

For best results your workouts should focus on weights and resistance training. Challenge the muscles a little more every day, by adding weight and resistance regularly in each exercise.
