Nature groggy may still be owned by some people, may of them is us. Someone who has a nervous nature does not always feel confident, a pounding heartbeat, speechless, cold sweats, worrying that something bad which actually is not necessarily occur. Causing excessive anxiety.

Nature could have been groggy when we will face a test of the school, facing a job interview, a speech given a speech to an event or currently facing a wedding ceremony.

When the left groggy nature in us, then it could be problematic for those who experience it. Therefore, how can we be free from groggy nature, here are the following tips and tricks that can help you eliminate the disturbing groggy.

(1) All you have to do is focus on one thing that was in the face, don't think of anything else or think badly about something that is being faced.

(2) Focus your attention on what you are doing today, for example you are facing a university entrance test, then you can do is calm down, take a breath, trying to relax, and deal with full conviction, that you can do it.

(3) Understand what the objectives and your expectations. Understand the purpose, allow you to further focus on the tasks and activities today.

(4) Remember when you think of something that has not happened and felt anxious for it, actually you are dumping the majority of your time and energy in vain. Better to use the anxiety that you have to make preparation for a more mature and do something by using your best energy.

(5) And the latest tips & tricks are "praying", hopefully what you are facing given the smoothness and ease by God.
