TIPS AND TRICKS
Strawberry Shortcake in addition to the roast in a way able to enter directly into the oven, can also be baked with the technique of "au bain marie" is the technique of roasting with water (soak the pan containing the dough into a larger pan containing hot water as high as ½ pan cake batter .) The goal is to mature in a state of moist cake with a soft texture.

Some tips on roasting a way "au bain marie" are:
  • The water in baking pan to reach half high cake pans.
  • Before poured into the pan, the water must first be heated to boiling. But after being in an oven, water should be taken not to boil and not into the cake.
  • If water is less and that included not hot enough, the cake will not be cooked.
