Healthy diet
To obtain a healthy diet that at least there are 3 criteria that should we meet, among others:
  1. The amount of food we eat must meet the needs of the body, namely the number of calories we consume should be balanced with the amount of energy we spend, if not balanced then our body will lack energy or overweight. In addition, must meet the nutritional balance, carbohydrate 60-70%, protein 10-15%, 20-25% fats, vitamins and minerals (A, D, E, K, B, C, and Ca).
  2. Type of food we eat must meet the needs carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals and fiber.
  3. Have regular eating schedule, it's better to eat in small amounts but frequently and regularly than eat meals a lot but not regularly.
If you want to change the weight to be muscular is perfect, then the diet is to reduce intake of fat and multiply the intake of protein. You can supplement your protein needs by consuming a low-fat milk but high in protein. Today many dairy products that provide protein needs for your body. Drinking routine 2x a day.


Training pattern
Do the exercises regularly combine weight training with cardio exercise. Training schedule is as follows:
Monday: Weight training
Tuesday: Cardio workout
Wednesday: Weight training
Thursday: Cardio workout
Friday: Weight training
Saturday: Cardio workout
Sunday: Rest

Rest the body
After six consecutive days you train your body, then rest your body for a full day, because muscle growth occurs when the body is resting.
